Halima is our County Lead in the vast Kajiado County. A community engagement specialist with a versatile and rich experience in youth and women’s empowerment , her passion for, as well as advocacy for human rights has made her an outstanding anti-FGM and anti-crime crusader.  

She plays a crucial role in community and resource mobilization for crime eradication, reformation of youth formerly engaged in crime and ending SGBV and FGM. 

The longest serving member of staff, having joined CSP as a volunteer in 2017, Halima has received extensive training in addressing community issues and loves working with marginalized youth , building their skills as ambassadors for safe communities.  

She draws her motivation from personal experiences and the devastating effects of crime in her community. 

In her free time, Halima enjoys outdoor activities, community service, and team and sports.
