Sylvia Morwabe
Programs Director
Sylvia, the Programs Director, is a human rights enthusiast who is passionate about social justice, constitutionalism and community service. She is responsible for operations and programs oversight and provides strategic legal support functions to Youth Safety Awareness Initiative.
Doubling up as lead in the Access to Justice program, Sylvia works with a dedicated team that teaches communities the law, their rights as well as obligations under the law thus empowering them to demand justice, hold duty bearers accountable and enhance the rule of law.
The Advocate of the High Court holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree (LLB) from Moi University and a post graduate Diploma from the Kenya School of Law.
Sylvia is also the current Chairperson of the SHOFAR, a national Christian choir where her passion for community service and molding young change makers is most pronounced. Other than music, and although an amateur, she also loves to bake in her free time.
